Professional Cleaning Services
Cleaning Services'Regular Clean' can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly - $30-$50 per room.
Includes everything to be clean and dust free, including floors, skirting boards, window sils, window frames, door frames, glass, furniture, ornaments, wall hangings, curtains, blinds, light fittings, wardrobes, linen cupboards, microwave and fridge.
Includes odor removal and visual/spot clean of walls and ceilings. Sanitizing of high touch areas - doorknobs and light switches.
'Move Out Clean' - $600-$800
Additionaly includes sanitizing of walls and ceilings, oven clean, cupboards, draws and windows.
Carpet shampoo/stain removal is not offered.
Cleaning is not charged per hour, we 'Clock off' once everything is clean.
All cleaning products and supplies are included(reasonable use).
Please provide supply of hot water and use of a general waste bin(reasonable use).
